Can I cancel a signature request?

Once you send a signature request out, you can always cancel it before the document has been signed by all recipients.

To cancel a signature request, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Documents section in your SIGN.PLUS account.
  2. To review your signature requests that are still in progress, go to the Pending section.
  3. Go to the document that you would like to cancel, and click on the More button (3-dot icon) next to it.
  4. Select Void Document
