How do I see the progress of a signature request?
For each signature request, you can see the progress of each recipient, whether the request was already sent, whether they opened it and viewed the document and whether they signed it.
To see the progress of a signature request, follow these simple steps:
Go to the Documents section in your SIGN.PLUS account.
To review your signature requests that are still in progress, go to the Pending section.
Go to the document that you would like to track and click on the status next to it. You will see the status of each invited signer at the right of their name. To see their email address, just point your mouse on top of the name.
You can choose to Close the progress bar or review the audit trail as well.
<span class="info">If the recipients aren’t asked to sign a document, but fill in a text field, a checkbox or add their initials, the status will still be reflected as Signed, and this will show they have completed their step.</span>
