Your payment details are used for plan renewals and any other recurring payment for our product and services.
Here is how you can manage your payment details on SIGN.PLUS’ Web App:
Adding a payment method
- Sign in to SIGN.PLUS.
- Go to your Profile and click on the Plan & Billing tab.
- Under Payment Details, click on the Add button next to Payment Method.
- Select Credit Card or PayPal.
- Credit Card: enter your Credit Card Details and click on Confirm.
- PayPal: click on the PayPal Button, log in to your PayPal account, choose your Credit Card if applicable, and click on Validate and Pay.
This is the process for registering Additional Payment Methods:
- Under Payment Details, click on the Manage button next to Payment Method.
- On the Payment Method box, click on Add Payment Method.
- Select Credit Card or PayPal.
- Credit Card: enter your Credit Card Details and click on Confirm.
- PayPal: click on the PayPal Button, log in to your PayPal account, choose your Credit Card if applicable, and click on Validate and Pay.
Changing a default payment method
- Sign in to SIGN.PLUS.
- Go to your Profile and click on the Plan & Billing tab.
- Under Payment Details, click on the Manage button next to Payment Method.
- On the Payment Method box, choose your new default payment method by selecting the star next to it.
- Click on Done.
Every time a new payment method is added, it is automatically set as the default payment method. So please ensure to select the default payment method of your preference by following the process above.
Deleting a payment method
- Sign in to SIGN.PLUS.
- Go to your Profile and click on the Plan & Billing tab.
- Under Payment Details, click on the Manage button next to Payment Method.
- On the Payment Method box, click on the Trash Can Icon next to the payment method you would like to remove.
- Click on Confirm.
You must keep at least one valid payment method on file. As a result, you may need to add a new payment method or select a new default payment method if you would like to delete a previously used one.
Changing your currency
We set Swiss Francs (CHF), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), or US Dollars (USD) as the default currency, depending on the region of the phone number verified upon sign-up. Here is what you would need to do in order to change it:
- Sign in to SIGN.PLUS.
- Go to your Profile and click on the Plan & Billing tab.
- Under Payment Details, click on the Change button next to Default Currency.
- On the dropdown menu, choose the Currency of your preference.
- Click on Confirm.
If your card/bank supports currency conversions, you can also pay with other currencies. However, keep in mind that you would need to pay the equivalent of the total in your local currency, including any fees or exchange rates of your bank that may apply.
