What is a template?

If you have a form or a contract that you require sending out for signature often, you can simply create a template for it, where you can set the recipient roles and fields they need to fill. Templates allow you to save time by requesting the same information easily from different signers.

With SIGN.PLUS you can create your own templates for commonly used forms and contracts, streamlining your efficiency and boosting signing speed. In the recipients section, you will be able to set different steps and recipient roles that will have signature annotations or text fields assigned to them. Each time you use your template, you will be able to put a different full name and email address for the recipients, and send the same form and signature requests.

You can access your securely stored templates in your Templates section, where you can add new templates as well.
