What is the Certificate of Completion and how can I get it for completed documents

For each completed document, you can get the certificate of completion that contains an audit report with details about the signers and viewers.

The certificate of completion includes:

  • Document status
  • Document completion date and time
  • Sender's name and email address
  • Signers' names and email addresses
  • Signers' signatures
  • Signers' IP addresses and location
  • Tamper-proof time stamps on when the document was sent, viewed, and signed

How can I get the certificate of completion for a document?

  1. Log in to SIGN.PLUS and go to the Documents section.
  2. Under the Completed tab, find the document you wish to get the certificate of completion for.
  3. Click on the 3-dot button next to it followed by the Download Certificate.

How can I merge the certificate of completion with the signed document?

  1. Log in to SIGN.PLUS and go to the Profile section.
  2. Under the General tab, find the Document Settings and click on the Edit button.
  3. Make sure the Certificate of Completion item is toggled on.
