The certificate of completion includes:
- Document status
- Document completion date and time
- Sender's name and email address
- Signers' names and email addresses
- Signers' signatures
- Signers' IP addresses and location
- Tamper-proof time stamps on when the document was sent, viewed, and signed
How can I get the certificate of completion for a document?
- Log in to SIGN.PLUS and go to the Documents section.
- Under the Completed tab, find the document you wish to get the certificate of completion for.
- Click on the 3-dot button next to it followed by the Download Certificate.
How can I merge the certificate of completion with the signed document?
- Log in to SIGN.PLUS and go to the Profile section.
- Under the General tab, find the Document Settings and click on the Edit button.
- Make sure the Certificate of Completion item is toggled on.
