Signing is as easy as printing. Choose Print to Sign from any app’s print menu to send documents directly to Sign.Plus, then sign them yourself or request signatures, with no saving or uploading required.

Preparing signatures is as easy as printing. Choose Print to Sign from any application’s print dialog to send the document straight to Sign.Plus.
Install the driver once, authenticate it with your Sign.Plus account, then use the Print dialog in any application to sign or request signatures without manually uploading the document.
Choose Windows or macOS, open the downloaded installer, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Depending on your computer settings, you may need administrator permissions to complete the installation.

When installation is complete, sign in to your Sign.Plus account.
If prompted, grant any additional permissions Print to Sign needs to work properly. After a successful login, your browser confirms that you can close the tab.

Open the document you want to sign or send, then open the Print dialog using File → Print or Ctrl+P / Cmd+P.
From the printer list, choose Request Signature or Sign Myself and click Print.

A Sign.Plus window opens with your document.
Sign it yourself, or add each recipient’s name and email address, then send the signature request.

Where do I download the Print to Sign driver?
Use the macOS or Windows download buttons above to get the Print to Sign driver directly. You can also find Print to Sign in your Sign.Plus account under Settings → Signing.
Do recipients need a Sign.Plus account to sign?
No. Once you send a signature request, the recipient gets an email invitation to review and sign the document, whether or not they have a Sign.Plus account.
“Request Signature/Sign Myself” doesn’t appear in my printer list
Make sure the driver was installed successfully. Try restarting your computer after installation, then check the printer list again.
The signature request failed to send
Check that your Sign.Plus account is active and that you have remaining signature requests. Verify this under Settings → Plan & Billing.
I’m prompted to log in after clicking Print
The driver needs to authenticate with your Sign.Plus account. Enter your credentials when prompted. If you remain signed out, try reinstalling the driver.
