What does a Certificate of Completion include?

A Certificate of Completion is a comprehensive document that encompasses an audit report detailing pertinent information about all document recipients, the status of the document, the date and time of completion, the name and email address of the sender(s), as well as the names and email addresses of the signer(s). Furthermore, it contains the signatures of the signer(s), their respective IP addresses and locations, and tamper-proof time stamps indicating the exact moments when the document was sent, viewed, and signed. Do my recipients need a Sign.Plus account to sign documents?
