Go to Sign, attach a document and click Request Signature.

Click Send viaSMS/WhatsApp and enter the recipient’s phone number (we validate automatically).

Send the signature.

The recipient gets a short link via text or WhatsApp that opens the signing page.

On open, the recipient confirms their email for added security.

If needed, we send one automatic mobile reminder, then default to email.

View delivery status, failures, and audit logs in Envelope details.
